Terms & Conditions

1. Nature of Service Flint India acts solely as a mediator and facilitator between the student and an independent, third-party document attestation service provider. Flint India engages this specialised attestation partner on the student's behalf to process the required attestation of academic and personal documents. Flint India does not itself carry out any attestation, notarisation, or authentication of documents. 2. Fees & Payment The service fee is ₹15,340 (₹13,000 + 18% GST), payable in advance. The fee is non-refundable once paid. 3. Turnaround Time Attestation typically takes 10–12 working days from document handover. Timelines depend on government authorities, ministries, embassies and the attestation service provider, and may vary for reasons outside Flint India's control. 4. Third-Party Provider Details Full contact details of the attestation service provider will be shared with the student directly upon completion of payment, for the purpose of document handover and tracking. 5. Limitation of Liability Flint India shall not be liable or responsible for any loss, damage, delay, theft, misplacement, or destruction of documents occurring through transit via any courier or logistics company, or while the documents are in the custody of the attestation service provider, any government authority, ministry, embassy, or any other third party involved in the attestation process. Any claim relating to the loss, damage, or delay of documents shall be addressed directly with the concerned courier company or the attestation service provider. 6. Student Declaration The student confirms that all documents submitted for attestation are genuine and belong to the student, and that the student has read, understood, and voluntarily accepted all the terms and conditions mentioned in this agreement. 7. Communication on Student's Behalf By accepting these terms, the student authorises Flint India to engage and communicate with the attestation service provider on their behalf for the purposes of this service.
