Accommodation Assistance · Last updated 06 Aug 2026

1. Nature of Service Flint India provides accommodation assistance to students, including shortlisting suitable accommodation options based on the student's stated preferences (budget, location, room type) and negotiating with landlords/accommodation providers on the student's behalf. Flint India acts as a facilitator and does not itself own, manage, or operate any accommodation. 2. No Commission Flint India does not accept any commission, referral fee, or other payment from accommodation providers in connection with this service. The ₹1,499 (inclusive of GST) charged to the student is Flint India's only compensation for this service. 3. Fees & Payment The service fee is ₹1,499, inclusive of 18% GST, payable in advance and non-refundable once Flint India has begun shortlisting or contacted any provider on the student's behalf. 4. No Guarantee of Outcome Flint India will make reasonable efforts to shortlist and negotiate on the student's behalf, but does not guarantee that any specific accommodation will be secured, that negotiated terms will be accepted by the provider, or that a booking will be finalized. Availability, pricing, and final terms are determined by the accommodation provider, not Flint India. 5. Limitation of Liability Flint India shall not be liable for any loss, damage, dispute, or dissatisfaction arising from the student's dealings with the accommodation provider once introduced, including but not limited to lease terms, deposit handling, property condition, or provider conduct. Any such matters are between the student and the accommodation provider directly. 6. Student Responsibilities The student agrees to provide accurate preferences and information to enable effective shortlisting, and to respond promptly during the negotiation window, as delays may affect availability of shortlisted options. 7. Communication on Student's Behalf By accepting these terms, the student authorises Flint India to communicate and negotiate directly with accommodation providers on their behalf for the purposes of this service.
